In order to cancel and return your orders or products you have ordered from Bloomjewelryistanbul.com, you need to notify your request to e-mail address [email protected] . All the terms and conditions stated herein apply only to products purchased from bloomjewelryistanbul.com. The responsibility for the package to arrive at Bloom Jewelry belongs to the consumer. After the product arrives, if the return of the product is accepted after the necessary inspections, the product fee will be refunded.
Provisions of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No 6502 apply for the product return process. The right to withdraw from the transaction is applicable within 14 days after the product is delivered to the customer. To use the right of withdrawal, the Customer must make a notification in this regard by fax, e-mail or telephone and the product must not be used . If the right to withdraw from the transaction is exercised, the cargo delivery slip attesting the delivery of the product to a 3rd party. Upon receipt of these documents, the product inspection is carried out by experts. The products that are eligible for refund as a result of the inspection are refunded within 7 days using the same method as the method of payment by the Customer. For the products purchased within the same day delivery service, the collected delivery fee is deducted from the invoice payment amount and only the product price is refunded.

If you not entirely happy with your purchased item, claims for returns and refund must be made in the following way.
Items returned or exchanged must be in the original condition ( new, unused, unsoiled and in sellable condition). Merchandise which is not in new condition, and has been soiled, damaged, used or mishandled will be returned to the purchaser.
According to our company policy we are unable to offer refund on sale items. Please send us an e-mail, (e-mail addresses: [email protected]) explaining your request which includes your name , address and phone number. And please send us the merchandise and the attached invoice by cargo to our Istanbul address that you may find in the contact page.
The shipping costs of your return and exchange purchases belong to the customer.
Once the returned product has been received, it is examined by the experts to determine whether the return conditions have been fulfilled. If the refund is approved, it will be returned to the credit card if the payment has been made by credit card or to a bank account if the payment has been made by money order / EFT.
